Terms & Conditions

All Hiring Charges will be calculated from Depot to Depot Basis.

In case of night halt Rs 100/- per crew, will be charged extra per night in addition to night halt charges @ Rs 2000/- per night for Non AC Deluxe Buses, @ 3000/- per night for AC Buses & @ 4000/- per night for AC Coaches.

The Hirer would bear the Parking fees & Toll charges if any, and cost of temporary permit for undertaking the inter district journey.

All the payments are to be made 7 days prior from the date of departure.

Booking can be done one month prior from the date of journey.

The safety of the vehicle lies with the hirer. The hirer must not insist on rash driving and in such event any damage done to the vehicle will be borne by the hirer.

All application will be accepted in a written format on the company’s letter head or thru an email.

Service Tax @4.944% applicable on the chartered amount.

Refundable Security Deposit @Rs. 3000/- per bus extra will be refunded after Journey.

50% advance & rest of amount will be pay before the journey seven days.

Chartered Booking cancellation charges 20% of booking amount.

If chartered booking taken by any agent 5% commission will be provide on booking amount only.

If chartered booking taken by any agent 5% commission will be provide on booking amount only.

If any cancellation made by agent on chartered booking agent will get 2.5% commission on cancellation amount.

TDS deducted on gross amount 10.3 %( Only for Agent Applicable).
