Reservation Policy:
|
Guests who are booking using credit cards other than their own are requested to carry a copy of
their credit card duly signed by the credit card owner. This is required in order to protect the
possible abuse of credit cards.
If the booking is done by Bank Demand Draft or Bank transfer the rooms will be blocked and confirmed
only if the payment received before 1 week of arrival.
Incase the booking person is not the Guest, then the identity proof of the booking person has to
be produced at the time of checkin.

Cancellation Policy:
|
(1) Rooms cancelled 15 days or less, prior to the scheduled date of arrival will be charged @ 25% of the total amount.
(2) Rooms cancelled 10 days or less, prior to the scheduled date of arrival will be charged @ 50% of the total amount.
(3) Rooms cancelled 6 days or less, prior to the scheduled date of arrival will be charged @ 100% of the total amount.
(4) The hotel has the right to cancel non guaranteed bookings.

Refund Policy:

In case of refund, bank transactions will be deducted above cancellation charges.
In case of credit card transactions, refund will be done only to the same credit card.
